An AI assistant with an ERP inside.
PeopleWorks ERP 7 is the new generation of the ERP already used by dozens of Dominican businesses. When you open it you don't see a menu: you see your business. Ask how sales are going, who owes you or how much ITBIS (VAT) you owe this month, and it answers with figures that show where they come from. When action is needed, it prepares the operation and you confirm it.
For current customers: same data, no migration. It installs next to the version you use today.
your home screen is your assistant
You ask. It searches. It shows you. You decide.
The ERP's background is no longer a menu: it's My Business, a search box that opens any option with Ctrl+K, a guide for every screen, and the assistant. Behind it are more than 190 tools that read your invoicing, receivables, inventory and taxes with the same permissions you have.
- You ask“Who owes me for more than 90 days?” In plain words, like you'd ask your accountant.
- The assistant searchesIt picks the ERP tools it needs and runs them with your permissions.
- It shows the sourceEvery figure comes from an ERP calculation and says where it comes from. Nothing made up.
- You confirmIf action is needed, it gets it ready. It runs only when you type your code.
What the assistant does for you
- Opens any screen and gets it ready for you.
- Reads sales, collections, receivables, purchases, inventory, ITBIS and receipts.
- Explains each screen with its guide.
- Prepares actions like invoicing, closing the till or resending an e-CF.
What you always decide
- Running any action: with your code, in an ERP window.
- What each workstation can do: the supervisor enables actions.
- Which AI to use: your own Claude or PeopleWorks' AI.
- What each user sees: the same permissions you already have today.
You can use the PeopleWorks Copilot built into the ERP or bring your own Claude: it opens a terminal docked on the right, already connected to the ERP's tools.
Built for Dominican business
What your accountant and the DGII (tax authority) ask for, in the same place you sell.
the whole business, one system
Your whole business. The same data. One home screen.
Rewritten in .NET 9 with DevExpress, on the same data as your current version. More than 400 screens and more than 340 services.
Invoicing and point of sale
Classic invoice and keyboard-driven POS on the same engine. Quotes, orders and delivery notes. NCF, e-CF and an ITBIS monitor right where you invoice.
Till and petty cash
Opening, collection, payouts and closing by branch. The closing review recalculates each shift from the source and finds discrepancies on its own. Petty cash with a fixed fund, vouchers and replenishment with its journal entry.
Accounts receivable
Receipts, aging and receivables health: who owes you, since when and who went over their limit. All 29 of its reports, already in the new version.
Accounts payable
Supplier invoices with NCF and withholding, applied payments and the eternal question: who sold it to me cheapest?
Inventory and production
Movements, purchase orders, supplier returns, formula-based production, physical counts and a real kardex per warehouse.
Accounting
Chart of accounts, journal with mandatory double entry, budgets and financial statements you define, in several currencies.
Bank control
Cheques, transactions with their journal entry, and a reconciliation with a draft, a final apply and a reversal that leaves a trail.
Healthcare billing
Patient settlement and billing to the insurer, without duplicates.
Reports and analytics
147 of today's 175 reports are already in the new version; the rest were options nobody used. Spreadsheet, cubes and dashboards inside the ERP.
Payroll on the way
TSS with self-assessment and changes, IDSS, ISR, INFOTEP, Christmas bonus and profit sharing, bank or cash payments and posting to accounting. Being integrated into ERP 7 screen by screen.
the difference you can feel
Others give you a chat that talks. This one works.
The assistant has hands: it opens, searches, reads and prepares. But every action that changes something happens in two steps: first it prepares it, then you confirm it with a code shown in an ERP window that the AI never sees. It works for that one operation and expires in five minutes. Hands, with a lock only you can open.
→ the AI never sees it · expires in 5 min
→ you confirm → it runs
under the hood, no smoke
This is what a conversation looks like.
Real tools, sourced figures.
Example with illustrative data. Each green line is an ERP tool the assistant used; the orange one, an action waiting for your confirmation.

Ask. Read tools use your same permissions and each answer carries its source. If a figure doesn't come from the ERP, the assistant doesn't give it.
Act. Actions are off by default. The supervisor enables them per workstation, and each one waits for the confirmation code only the person at the ERP can see.
what you'll ask it
Eight owner questions, eight tools that already exist.
Under each question, the ERP tool that answers it.

No data migration. Nothing switched off.
ERP 7 works on the same data as your current version. It was tested with both versions writing to the same table at the same time: 300 out of 300 writes without a single error.
It installs alongside
Same data, same companies, same users and permissions. Your current version keeps working the same.
You start with what shines most
Queries, reports, master data and the assistant in ERP 7, while invoicing stays on your current version.
You switch company by company
Each operation is compared in both versions before switching, and you can always go back.
the million-dollar question
Why ERP 7, if my current PeopleWorks already works?
Because today's PeopleWorks records your business; ERP 7 also explains it to you.
| What matters | Your PeopleWorks today | PeopleWorks ERP 7 |
|---|---|---|
| When you open it | A menu of options. | My Business, search and the assistant. |
| A question | You look for the report that answers it. | You ask the assistant, in plain words. |
| The figures | Whatever each report shows. | Each with its source, from the ERP's own calculation. |
| An action | You do it, screen by screen. | The assistant prepares it; you confirm it with your code. |
| The till | Till closing with its report. | Each shift is recalculated from the source and discrepancies show up on their own. |
| The technology | A solid base, proven by years in production. | .NET 9 and DevExpress: modern screens, dashboards and cubes. |
| Your data | The same as always. | The same. No migration. |
And everything new lands there: improvements are being built in ERP 7.

Be among the first
Write to us with your company name and we'll let you know as soon as access opens. If you're already a customer, we'll tell you how your move to ERP 7 will work.
Pricing, plans and release date will be announced at launch. Windows desktop application.
Security, no fine print
With the same non-negotiables as always, plus new ones for AI.
Your usual permissions
Users, permissions by module and option, just like today. The assistant sees only what the user can see.
Read-only by default
Actions ship turned off. The supervisor decides on which workstations they can be prepared.
Confirming is human
The confirmation code appears in an ERP window, never in the chat. It's good for one operation and expires in five minutes.
Everything is logged
Every tool the assistant uses is recorded in the ERP log, with its user.
Sensitive data left out
Columns like passwords, cards or national IDs are not sent to the AI. What the assistant looks up does travel to the AI provider you choose.
Local connection
The bridge between the AI and the ERP is a local channel on your computer: nothing stays listening on the network.
Frequently asked questions
When does it launch?
Soon. It's in the home stretch and the date will be announced at launch. Join the waitlist and we'll tell you first.
I already use PeopleWorks. Do I have to migrate my data?
No. ERP 7 works on the same data, companies, users and permissions. It installs alongside your current version and you can use both at once while you switch.
Does it already issue electronic receipts (e-CF)?
ERP 7 has the e-CF engine built into the sale itself: if sending fails, the sale is still saved and the receipt is retried. While its certification is completed, your e-CF keep going out through your current version, unchanged. The switch will happen company by company.
Do I need a Claude subscription?
It's not required. You can use the PeopleWorks Copilot built into the ERP or bring your own Claude. And without AI, ERP 7 is still a complete ERP.
What data does the AI see?
Only what the user is allowed to see, and only what's needed to answer. Sensitive columns, such as passwords, cards or national IDs, are excluded. What the assistant looks up travels to the AI provider you choose.
Can the AI invoice or close the till on its own?
No. It can prepare it, but it only runs when a person types the confirmation code shown by the ERP. And actions stay off until the supervisor enables them.
What about my invoice and receipt formats?
Invoices and receipts print with your usual templates. New reports use DevExpress.
Does it include payroll?
Yes, with TSS, IDSS, ISR, INFOTEP and the Christmas bonus. It's being integrated into ERP 7 screen by screen; meanwhile, your current payroll keeps working the same.
Does it run in the cloud or on my server?
It's a Windows desktop application that works with your company's data, like your PeopleWorks today. Only the conversation with the AI goes online, if you use it.
