field sales · offline-first · peopleworks erp
Your team sells, collects and prints with no signal.
PeopleWorks Móvil is the app your salesperson carries all day: visit customers, take orders, collect invoices, log expenses and deposits, and hand over a printed receipt at the customer's door. Everything runs inside the phone; signal is a bonus, never a requirement. Meanwhile, your supervisor follows the route live.
Android 5.0 or later · iPhone with iOS 12.2 or later · tablets included. Connects to your company's PeopleWorks server.
offline by design
No signal? Still selling.
Every screen reads and writes to a database inside the phone. The salesperson syncs in the morning, works the street all day —in the supermarket basement, on the highway, out in the countryside— and uploads everything when connectivity returns.
- Sync in the morningCustomers, products, taxes, banks, open invoices and the day's route come down to the phone.
- Work offlineOrders, collections, visits, expenses and deposits are saved on the phone instantly.
- Signal returnsOne tap on “Sync” and pending documents head to your company's server.
- Everything reaches the ERPHeader first, then its lines. If something fails, the document stays intact and is retried.
What lives on the phone
- Your assigned customers, with credit terms, balance and location.
- The product catalog with types, units and tax rates.
- Each customer's open invoices, ready to collect on the spot.
- The documents you create, until they are uploaded.
- The route travelled: up to 48 hours stored if there is no signal.
What travels to the office
- Orders, collections, deposits and expenses, ready in the ERP.
- Every visit with its reason, result and the customer's signature.
- New customers (prospects) captured on the street.
- Each customer's real GPS coordinate, taken at their door.
- The route, live, for the supervisor's map.
Nobody re-types at the office what was done on the street: the order the customer signed is the same one that reaches the ERP.
Works with what you already have
Your salesperson's phone, a pocket thermal printer and your company's PeopleWorks ERP. Nothing else.
Three steps and you're selling
The supervisor sets the device up once. After that, the salesperson just syncs and heads out.
Download the app
Search for PeopleWorks Móvil on Google Play or the App Store, or use the buttons on this page.
Connect it to your company
In Settings, enter your PeopleWorks server address and sign in. The supervisor assigns the device to the salesperson and locks it.
Sync and hit the street
One tap on Sync downloads customers, products and invoices. Pair the printer once and you're done: go sell.
the whole cycle, in your pocket
From the first hello to cash in the bank.
Eight modules covering the salesperson's whole day. Each company decides what each salesperson can do: take orders, collect, create customers, log expenses or deposits.
Orders · the heart of the sale
Catalog with product types, units, tax rates and per-line discounts. Live totals and a summary that saves in one go and prints on the spot.
Collections · several invoices, one receipt
Apply one payment across several open invoices and split it between cash, cheque, card, transfer or ATM, with bank and cheque number. The balance recalculates on the phone.
Deposits, expenses and budget
Log bank deposits of collected cash and route expenses by type. The salesperson checks their sales and collections budget.
Customers and prospects
Profile with type, institution, credit terms, balance and location. Capture new customers on the street and save the real GPS coordinate from the shop's door.
Signed visits
Reason, method and result of each visit, with its details. The customer signs on screen and the signature is stored with the visit. The planned route shows on a calendar and each visit is checked against the plan.
Printing and documents
Order and collection receipts on Bluetooth thermal printers, with configurable paper size, copies, address and phone, plus a PDF preview before printing. On iPhone too.
Live location live
Continuous GPS, even with the screen locked and the app in the background. With no signal, each location waits on the phone for up to 48 hours and uploads in batches on return. The supervisor follows the route in the MapView portal.
Tools
Price reader: scan the barcode or QR and show the product sheet —code, name, type, unit and photos— in front of the customer. National ID and RNC (tax ID) lookup when online.
the difference you can see
Your supervisor sees the route. Live.
While the salesperson works, the app sends their location to the MapView portal: the supervisor sees where everyone is, which customers were visited and which are still pending. It works with the screen locked and, in a dead zone, no location is lost: they wait on the phone and arrive together when the connection returns.

at the customer's door
And the receipt comes out right there, printed.
When the order or collection is saved, the app builds the receipt, lets you preview it as PDF and sends it to a pocket thermal printer over Bluetooth. You choose the paper (58 or 80 mm), the copies and whether to confirm before printing. On iPhone it uses its own printing path so the receipt prints in full, down to the last line.
→ Bluetooth printer · 58 / 80 mm
→ customer copy · and one for you
under the hood, no smoke
This is what comes out.
Nothing written by hand.
The receipt is built from your company, customer, salesperson and line data. Illustrative example on a 58 mm roll:

Order. Each line carries its unit, price and tax rate; ITBIS (Dominican VAT) is applied only to the products that carry it. The salesperson adds nothing up.
Collection. One payment spread across two invoices and two methods, with bank and cheque number. The remaining balance is already recalculated on the phone.
the screens · recreated from the app
This is what the salesperson holds.
A clear menu, big buttons and just what's needed on each screen: designed to be used standing up, one-handed, with the customer in front of you. Examples with illustrative data.
the million-dollar question
Why an app, if we already have a notebook, WhatsApp and Excel?
Because the notebook records the sale; PeopleWorks Móvil gets it done in your ERP.
| What matters | Notebook, WhatsApp and Excel | PeopleWorks Móvil |
|---|---|---|
| No signal | The message doesn't go; the order waits. | Work as usual; everything uploads when the connection returns. |
| The order | Prices from memory and hand-written sums. | Up-to-date catalog, taxes and discounts; the app does the math. |
| The collection | “How much do I owe?” Someone has to call the office. | Open invoices and balance on the phone; several payment methods in one receipt. |
| The receipt | Hand-written, if there's a receipt book. | Printed over Bluetooth on the spot, with a copy. |
| The visit | “I stopped by,” according to the salesperson. | Customer signature, time, result and GPS location. |
| The route | The supervisor calls to ask. | The supervisor sees it live in MapView. |
| At the office | Someone re-types everything. | It's already in the PeopleWorks ERP after syncing. |
Fewer calls, fewer mistakes, less lost paper. And a sale that doesn't fall through because the signal dropped.

What you need
ERP PeopleWorksThe app is the field arm of the PeopleWorks ERP.
- Your company's PeopleWorks server
- One user and one device per salesperson
- Bluetooth thermal printer (optional)
- MapView portal for the supervisor
Your company doesn't use PeopleWorks yet?
We'll show you the app with your products and customers, and help you get your first sales team ready: devices, per-salesperson permissions and printers.
I want PeopleWorks MóvilMinimum requirements as published on the stores: Android 5.0 (API 21) and iOS 12.2. Background location is enabled only after the salesperson reads the notice and grants permission.
Control, no fine print
Designed with the same non-negotiables as the PeopleWorks ERP.
One device per salesperson
The supervisor configures and locks the device once. The license stays tied to that salesperson.
Per-salesperson permissions
Take orders, collect, create customers, log expenses or deposits: each option is enabled per salesperson by the company.
Location with a clear notice
Before asking for permission, the app explains what location is used for, as Google Play requires. Nothing turns on behind your back.
Nothing gets lost
A failed upload leaves the document intact and ready to retry. It is marked as sent only when the server confirms it.
Authenticated connection
Every request to your company's server carries the salesperson's session token.
Your wording, without updating the app
Screen labels come from the server: your company changes a name and everyone sees it on the next sync.
Frequently asked questions
Does it really work without internet?
Yes. Orders, collections, visits, expenses, deposits, new customers and printing all work offline. You only need signal to sync and to look up a national ID or RNC.
What if the signal drops right while I'm uploading?
Nothing breaks. The document stays on the phone, complete, and is sent again on the next sync. It's only marked as sent once the server confirms it.
Which printer do I need?
A Bluetooth thermal printer compatible with ESC/POS, POS-58 class. You set the paper (58 or 80 mm), copies, the address and phone on the receipt, and whether to confirm before printing. Works on Android and iPhone.
Does it work on iPhone, Android and tablets?
Yes: Android 5.0 or later on Google Play, and iPhone/iPad with iOS 12.2 or later on the App Store. Screens adapt to tablets.
How does the supervisor see the route?
In the MapView portal. The app sends the location while the salesperson works, even with the screen locked. With no signal, locations wait on the phone for up to 48 hours and upload together when the connection returns.
Does the app ask for location permission?
Yes, and before asking it explains what it's for. On Android 11 or later it guides you to the Allow all the time option, needed to follow the route with the screen off.
Do I need the PeopleWorks ERP?
Yes. The app connects to your company's PeopleWorks server: customers, products, invoices and the route come from there, and orders, collections and visits go back there. If you don't have it yet, write to us and we'll show you the full suite.
Can I limit what each salesperson does?
Yes. Orders, collections, new customers, expenses and deposits are enabled per salesperson. And each salesperson sees only the customers assigned to their device.
